5. Credits & Billing
AI Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI operation (report generation, chat messages, website analysis) consumes credits from your account balance.
Free plan: Includes a limited number of credits at no charge. No credit card is required to create an account or generate your first report.
Full Access: Is a single, one-time purchase of $39.00 USD for 100 credits. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel. You may purchase Full Access multiple times to add more credits to your account.
Refunds: Full Access purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 of the 100 purchased credits have been used. See the for full details and instructions on how to request a refund.
Credit restoration: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents proper credit usage, contact support@validatepros.com and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.
Price changes: We may change pricing for new purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the business ideas and descriptions you submit. AI-generated reports are provided to you under a non-exclusive license for your personal and business use. The ValidatePros platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
